1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Payment issues
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

• Colours may vary due to screen settings.
• Decorations are handmade and may vary slightly.
• Flowers, toppings, ribbons, packaging, and decorations may differ depending on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall design.
• Product sizes are approximate.

These variations do not constitute defects.

3. Custom Cake Orders

For customized cakes:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate design requirements.
• Reference images are used only as inspiration.
• Exact replication cannot be guaranteed.
• Minor artistic variations may occur.

Orders become final once confirmed by both parties.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your order.

5. Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Bank transfer orders may not be processed until payment has been verified.

We currently accept:

• Online card payments via our secure payment gateway
• Bank transfers

6. Delivery

Delivery is available to selected locations.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic
• Public holidays
• Unexpected events
• Customer availability

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Store Pickup

Customers selecting store pickup must collect their order during the agreed collection period.

Please present your order confirmation upon collection.

Orders not collected within a reasonable period may no longer be suitable for consumption due to product freshness.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Contact information
• Delivery address
• Recipient details
• Pickup information
• Special instructions
• Allergy information where applicable

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

9. Food Allergies

Customers with food allergies should contact us before placing an order.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

• Milk
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Gluten
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Other allergens

10. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.

Because many products are freshly prepared and customized:

• Orders already prepared may not be cancelled.
• Custom cake orders may become non-refundable once production has commenced.

Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of Sheree's Cakes.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Refunds are generally not available for change of mind.
• Refunds are not provided simply because a customer no longer requires the order.

Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order and provide photographs where appropriate. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

12. Returns

Food products cannot be returned for resale or reuse.

Returns will only be accepted where required by applicable law or where expressly approved by us.

13. Product Quality

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery or collection.

Any issues should be reported promptly.

Products should be stored according to any provided storage instructions.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or transportation after delivery or collection.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Logos
• Images
• Product photographs
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Branding

is owned by or licensed to Sheree's Cakes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sheree's Cakes shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the website for maintenance or technical reasons.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
